Out of all women’s features, it is the skin that can really stand out. Everyone can apply mascara to create smoky eyes. We can all use tricks to create high cheek bones. Heck, even pouty sexy lips can be “made” using a lip pencil, lipstick and lip gloss. But one thing that simply can’t be faked is beautiful, flawless skin.
Sure, you can use heavy makeup to hide your flaws but that will just be too obvious. Wouldn’t it be nice if you could step out of your house without wearing any foundation and still feel confident about your skin?

Here are the steps you need to follow diligently in order to get the results you want.
1. Drink lots of water.
The average woman needs 2.7 liters (9 cups) of water per day. But if you want to have clear skin you have to target 10 cups of water so as to hydrate your skin well. When your skin is properly hydrated, it will be able to flush out toxins which in turn will make your skin look better. Just be careful not to overdo it. Over-hydration can also lead to loss of nutrients which may be harmful for you.
2. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables.
Have you ever seen the skin of someone who eats only fruits, vegetables and dairy products (vegetarian)? If so, you must have noticed how great their skin is. 4. Exercise regularly.

As you may very well know, stress can negatively impact your skin and so is lack of sleep. By exercising regularly (3-5x a week), you will soon notice a marked improvement on your skin.
If you have not exercised for quite some time now, you may want to start with walking. Start with walking for 30 minutes and gradually lengthen your exercise time until you can walk nonstop for an hour. Doing this regularly will do wonders for your mind, body and your skin.
5. Take vitamin supplements.
The best vitamins for the skin include Vitamin A, B3, C, E and K. Vitamin A will help prevent and reduce the appearance of wrinkles, vitamin B3 to keep the skin moisturized, vitamin C to lighten the skin and eliminate dark spots, vitamin E to prevent dryness and sun damage and finally vitamin K to get rid of dark circles under your eyes. You can get supplements in the form of creams but you can also take supplement pills instead. Just make sure to know the proper dosage for your age and weight.
