Drinking cold water will save the day
Your body may feel dehydrated especially if you had one too many drinks and a good way to replenish it is by drinking a glass of cold water or two upon waking up. The coldness of the water will help you wake up and give you a glow that will trick people that you had enough sleep.
Choose comfy clothing
Part of not looking like a walking zombie is choosing an outfit that is both stylish and comfortable. You may skip the stylish part if you lack the energy to mix and match outfits and if you are only going out for some errands.
