Cancellation Policy
A credit card must be used to make all spa reservations.
Please give them 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel; spa packages and group reservations require 72 hours’ notice. If you don’t show up, you might be charged in full for your services.

Please remember that you will present your gift certificate to redeem it. Using their secure online order form, you can purchase Lucinda’s Day Spa Gift Certificates using your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or PayPal account. Also, the salon does not sell or share your credit card number or client information with outside parties.
After placing your order, you can print your gift certificates on your printer. To print your certificate(s) from the order, always print from your completed order. Any remaining balances are converted to a Lucinda’s Day Spa Gift Card. Then, your order will be immediately followed by an email confirmation. Not redeemable is the confirmation.
