Mascara is one of those things that you can buy more cheaply at the drugstore and still get a really high product. That being said, not all drugstore mascara is created equal. My favorite, go-to drugstore mascara is Maybelline Great Lash Mascara
. It’s an awesome every-day mascara that goes on easily and stays looking nice all day. Sometimes cheap mascaras crumble and flake after 8 or more hours of wear. You won’t have that problem with this mascara!
One of the main things I look for in a mascara is no clumping. So many high-end brands advertise no clumping but then I feel like there’s always globs stuck on the brush! I never have that problem with this mascara. It goes on smoothly without clumping. My lashes always look lush and full without extra work. At a $4.49 price tag, you really can’t beat it!
Best Drugstore Waterproof Mascara
Holy cow, L’Oreal Paris Voluminous Original Waterproof Mascara is amazing! It’s my go-to for weddings, ceremonies, or anywhere I think I’m gonna be a little teary-eyed. This formula thickens up to 4x your normal lash thickness. I’m always amazed by how full and thick my lashes look when I apply a coat of this mascara.
If you have sensitive eyes, this mascara has been ophthalmologist tested. My eyes will often water if I’m not using a good-quality mascara. That doesn’t happen with this mascara. It’s easy to wear all day and truly does withstand water if you tear up.
Sometimes waterproof mascara can be difficult to wash off but I haven’t experienced that problem with this. If you have some makeup remover or coconut oil you’ll easily be able to thoroughly wash it off.

gives you those sexy, lush lashes you’ve always wanted. I’m honestly shocked at how well this mascara works. So many of them claim to give you extra volume but this one actually does!
